Returns / Exchanges

 

Little Koa & Co allows for returns and exchanges if you've changed your mind about a product. This applies to all sales made on our website but is subject to meeting our terms and conditions. 

 

If you are unhappy with your item(s), please let us know. Our generous Returns Policy gives you 14 days peace of mind to exchange any item(s) if you have changed your mind. All returns need a valid order number and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

To be eligible for an exchange:

 

1. The item(s) must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item(s) must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it.

2. The item(s) must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

3. The item(s) purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

 

Sale items / Personalised items: Only our regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items & personalised items cannot be exchanged unless they are deemed ‘faulty’.

 

Faulty due to negligence: If your item(s) become faulty due to not adhering to the proper care instructions listed on the garments care label / product description, a refund and/or exchange becomes void.

 

This return policy is subject to all “Sales items & items that have been personalised”, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

 

For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Little Koa & Co. 

Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Little Koa & CO’s return and exchange policy above.

 

All returns and exchanges that have been granted will be given to you in the form of ‘store credit note’ to equal the same value of the item(s) exchanged.

 

Please allow us 24 hours to confirm your return once your parcel arrives at our address. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for your return to be finalized. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If the item does not comply with our terms and conditions as mentioned above, the customer will be contacted. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange.

Shipping rate: Standard Post flat rate of $9.95. Express Post flat rate of $12.95

Free Shipping: is automatically applied to all orders over $100 (Australia Only)

Delivery: All orders will be sent via Australia Post.

Delivery time: Standard Post 3-5 business days. Express Post 1-3 business days.
